About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacy team and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and care. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while helping create a welcoming and professional setting for both customers and team members.
What We Require
Experienced Pharmacy Assistant with S2/S3 certification
Reliable, punctual, and committed to being a positive member of the team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building robust customer relationships
A willingness to learn and further develop your pharmacy knowledge and skills
Dispensary experience highly regarded, or a willingness to upskill and learn
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Tasks & Responsibilities
Working alongside the team to deliver outstanding customer care and service, supporting the delivery of pharmacy products and professional services
Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transactions
Executing catalogues, promotions and planograms




Organising and maintaining the presentation and visual appeal of the pharmacy
Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
