IoT Technical Sales & Support Specialist
We're looking for an IoT Technical Sales & Support Specialist with experience in sales and technical support who's willing to learn and adapt to current challenges. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — helping them select the right hardware, answering technical enquiries, following up inbound leads and supporting our field sales activity across the region.
In a team our size, this role matters. You won't be a ticket number in a support queue - you'll build genuine relationships with customers, get to know their deployments, and work directly alongside the people making product and vendor decisions. We take a customer-first approach, and we're looking for a customer advocate who enjoys solving problems on the phone, not just over email.
