Aged Care Rostering Assistant and Recruitment Consultant
We're looking for an organized, reliable and people-focused
Rostering and Recruitment consultant
to join our team and support our
Aged Care and Home Care services.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety — you'll be involved in everything from welcoming recent care workers into the business, to supporting the rostering team, to helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
You'll be based in our
beautiful Martin Place CBD office
, just a short walk from
public transport, cafes and the heart of the city
.
What you'll be doing
Working in the
Rostering team
to coordinate shifts and manage changes
Assisting withcare worker
Recruitment
(screening, onboarding and compliance)
Speaking with care workers about availability, updates and support
Jumping in to help the team when things get busy
Supporting the day-to-day running of the office with invoice administration
About you
Previous experience in administration, recruitment or rostering
Aged Care or Home Care experience is a strong advantage
Ability to think outside the box
Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with people
Organized with good attention to detail
Able to manage a busy workload and adapt when priorities shift
Comfortable using systems and picking up new processes
Supportive, down-to-earth team environment
Meaningful work supporting care for older Australians
