About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Carpenter/Joiner to join our growing team, producing high-quality bespoke staircases for builders in the residential industry. This role involves onsite timber staircase installation, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from shop drawings, plans, and specifications
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Measure, cut, assemble, and finish staircase components to a high standard
Work with solid timber
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
Identify and resolve manufacturing issues proactively
Skills & Experience




Strong understanding of stair construction methods and Australian Standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must hold a White Card
Must hold a Current NSW driver's licence
Qualifications (Preferred but Not Essential)
Working towards your trade qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, or Cabinet Making we will look for anyone who is third year apprentice or higher
