About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EL1 Assistant Director – Cultural Safety Learning to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of cultural safety learning and development initiatives.
In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will focus on building workforce capability to improve access to services for First Nations peoples and communities. You will lead the design of workplace capability initiatives, provide high-level policy and strategic advice to senior executives and drive co-design and stakeholder engagement across First Nations peoples, communities and organisations. Applications from First Nations peoples are strongly encouraged.
