The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and delivering consistently high‐quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities




Managing and operating your section during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Demonstrating strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
Working efficiently under pressure during busy services
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
About You
Minimum
3 years' experience
as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Solid time management and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a high‐volume environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, professional attitude and passion for food
Must-Have
Certificate III in Culinary Arts
Full Australian working rights
