PA / Operation Assistant – With a Bit of Variety!

RTR Services are looking for a PA/Operations Assistant to join our team. The role offers outstanding variety and will cover all areas of the business from Admin, Payroll, Supervising, Sales and assisting the National Operations Manager in the day to day running of the business. RTR Services is a fast growing company with business in NSW, VIC, QLD, NT and WA and we are looking for someone who values their job and someone who would like to grow their career this is an exciting position for the successful candidate.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting management with day-to-day admin and record keeping
Experience with CRM software and database systems for effective client and data management
Visit clients to build and maintain strong relationships ensuring their satisfaction with our services
Keeping the office organised and on track
Liaising with clients, suppliers and team members
Jumping in wherever needed - no two days are the same!




Occasionally driving to sites for inspections
What we're looking for:
A great communicator who's confident with people at all levels
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle tasks
Someone who's flexible, reliable and happy to pitch in
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
Minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar PA or administrative role
Australian permanent residency is required for this position
