About the Role
This full-time role is the perfect opportunity for a recent school graduate or junior administrator motivated to advance their career in Finance. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with processing invoices and payments
Following up with customers on outstanding payments in a courteous and professional manner
General administrative support.
Providing assistance to Accounts Receivable, including supporting month-end reporting and other finance tasks as required
Telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers.
Document collation, scanning, and filing.

Good computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to work safely and take personal responsibility.
Experience in administration or finance - highly regarded but definitely not essential.
