Goulburn Valley Health is seeking a Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurse (PCSN) on a fixed term part time basis to cover leave until January ****. The role focuses on coordinated, patient-centred care across the prostate cancer trajectory, in both public and private sectors, within GVH's catchment.
The PCSN will collaborate with internal and external providers, deliver education, support quality improvements and develop evidence-based care pathways to improve patient experiences.
