We're looking for a highly organised
Review & Office Manager
to join our Melbourne financial advice firm, working closely with our Review team in the Ongoing Client team, as well as acting as the Office Manager for our Melbourne office. This hybrid role is perfect for someone confident in client interaction, with strong attention to detail and a passion for making financial advice easier for clients to understand and implement.
As a Review & Office Manager, you will partner closely with Financial Advisers and the Review team to manage ongoing client relationships and support the delivery of high-quality financial advice. You will lead and coordinate the review team's workflow,
ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, while serving as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the review process.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients throughout their review process
Respond to enquiries from clients and third parties
Draft professional and compliant correspondence
Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
Oversee FPA (Financial Planning Assistant) and Review team workstreams
Prepare documentation for annual client reviews
Project manage advice implementation and follow-ups
Work with the Paraplanning team and Financial Advisers to produce ROAs and SOAs or updates to existing advice
Assist our Practice Manager with Melbourne office management
About You
Experience in financial planning or insurance is
preferred
Familiarity with financial advice software/systems is
preferred
Team management experience is
preferred
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
