Take ownership of costing and finalising repair orders, ensuring every job is accurately captured and technicians are properly recognised for their work
Process warranty and service agreement claims with the kind of attention to detail that keeps the department running without a hitch
Reconcile parts invoicing and maintain the financial integrity of a busy service operation
Step confidently into a Service Advisor capacity when needed, giving you direct customer contact and a broader understanding of how the department fits together
Act as a reliable bridge between the workshop and front of house, keeping communication clear and customers well informed
Become a recognised expert within the team, the person others turn to when accuracy and process knowledge matter most
