Niagara Café on the Hume Highway in Gundagai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help drive our evolving menu while maintaining high standards. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead sections during service, mentor junior staff, manage inventory and contribute to menu planning, while upholding FSANZ allergen and food safety requirements.
Minimum two years in a Chef de Partie role, a Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery), and Food Safety
