Food to Nourish is looking for reliable and motivated
part-time and casual team members
to join our kitchen production team in West Gosford, working 3–4 days per week.
Our production days are
Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
, with some shifts starting at
7am
.

Food to Nourish is an established Australian health food brand and manufacturer. We create our own range of
certified organic health food products
, as well as manufacturing products for a number of long-term contract clients.
Unlike a traditional factory environment, you'll be working in a food production kitchen where we make a wide variety of products including:
Bliss balls
Protein bars
Protein cookies
Baking mixes
Breakfast cereals
Nut butters
You'll have the opportunity to learn different production processes and work across a variety of products as part of a friendly and supportive team.

About the role
This position would suit someone with a background in
hospitality, food production, commercial kitchens or similar
, who has an interest in health and nutrition.
Previous food production experience is highly regarded but
isn't essential
. If you're a hard worker with a positive attitude and a
"can do" approach
, we'll provide you with the training you need.

Your duties will include:
Food handling and preparation
Weighing and measuring ingredients
Following production recipes and procedures
Finished goods packing
Labelling
Cleaning and maintaining the production area
Quality assurance and quality control
Following food safety and HACCP procedures
Maintaining our
NASAA Certified Organic
standards
Working as part of the wider production team to meet daily production targets
To be eligible for the role you must have:
Basic food safety awareness (food handling training will be provided)
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
A strong focus on workplace and food safety
A current resume with two recent and contactable work references
Valid Australian work rights, including a valid work visa where applicable
