Wymap is hiring a Customer Service / Allocator & Rostering Agent for shifts from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in Eagle Farm.
This hybrid role blends customer service, allocation, and rostering to keep daily operations running smoothly and to support delivery schedules.
You will coordinate rosters, monitor driver allocations, and communicate with drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely updates and effective service while maintaining safety and CoR/HVNL compliance.
