Join the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Westmead Hospital, one of Australia's leading tertiary referral centres, delivering specialised care to adults living with Cystic Fibrosis across Western Sydney and beyond. As part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing patient care, clinical leadership, education and research within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2, you will provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy to support the delivery of safe, evidence-based and patient-centred care for people living with Cystic Fibrosis. You will work across inpatient, outpatient and community settings,



partnering with patients, families and healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional health outcomes.
Lead and coordinate complex clinical care, acting as a specialist resource and patient advocate
Provide expert consultancy, case management and support for patients, families and carers
Drive quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits and service development activities
Develop and deliver specialised education programs and resources for staff, patients and carers
Contribute to and lead research, data reporting and evidence-based practice initiatives to improve care outcomes
