Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Build and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure configurations and customisations follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
Perform unit testing, support system and UAT testing, and resolve defects
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities
Maintain technical documentation and configuration artefacts




Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow development practices
Required Skill set
ServiceNow advanced scripting and customization
ServiceNow scoped application experience
ServiceNow workflow automations
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies
Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations
Familiarity with ITSM modules and ServiceNow data model
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS) highly regarded
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
