About the Role
Vehicle preparation and masking
Priming,
sanding and surface preparation
Colour matching and paint mixing
Spray painting using modern refinishing systems
Clear coating and finishing
Buffing and polishing where required
Maintaining high quality standards throughout every repair
Working closely with the workshop foreman to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
About You
Holds a Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (or equivalent trade qualification)
Experience working in a collision repair or panel shop environment
Produces consistently high-quality workmanship
Excellent colour matching and paint application skills
Works efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Takes pride in delivering repairs to manufacturer and insurer standards
Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
Current driver's licence
