We're opening the doors to our
brand-new Manor Lakes campus
, and we're searching for an exceptional
Centre Manager
to bring it to life.
This isn't about stepping into someone else's centre. It's about creating your own.
You'll recruit an amazing team, shape the culture, welcome the very first families through the doors and build a campus that becomes the benchmark for early learning in the local community.

The Centre
Designed to inspire from the moment you walk through the doors. Lead a new campus built to support children's learning, development and connection within the Manor Lakes community.
Every learning space has been thoughtfully designed to encourage exploration, while our expansive outdoor environments invite children to discover, imagine and grow through play.
As our founding Campus Director, you'll transform this beautiful building into something even more special: a thriving community where children flourish, educators love coming to work and families feel they truly belong.
Your Role:
Every day will be different, but you'll be:
Building and leading an incredible team from the ground up
Creating a positive, high performing culture where people genuinely love coming to work
Welcoming families and becoming a trusted leader within the Mernda community
Driving enrolments and helping the campus flourish
Championing exceptional educational practice and mentoring your team to be their best
Leading the day to day operations while ensuring quality, compliance and continuous improvement remain at the heart of everything you do
About You
You're an experienced leader who loves bringing people together and creating environments where both children and educators thrive.
You enjoy building teams, solving challenges and celebrating success. Most importantly, you're passionate about making a genuine difference in children's lives.
You'll also bring:
An ACECQA approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience leading an early childhood service
Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and education and care legislation
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, mandatory reporting training and Geccko (Child Safety) training
