Take Ownership:
Manage a diverse claims portfolio to ensure proactive, fair resolutions;
Solve Complexities:
Interpret intricate policy wordings and apply them to unique, real-world loss scenarios;
Lead the Process:
Partner with and direct loss adjusters and service providers to ensure top-tier service delivery;
Build Relationships:
Act as a trusted point of contact for brokers and insureds, providing clear and technical coverage responses;
About You

Experience:
Proven background in managing property claims (end-to-end experience is highly regarded);
Analytical Mind:
You enjoy the "detective work" of insurance, interpreting wordings and analysing facts;
