Fitzroy Island Resort in Orange, NSW is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead a large-scale outdoor venue, spanning an outdoor restaurant, two cocktail bars and a pool club. You will drive guest service, oversee staffing and train casual team members to maintain high standards.
Lead operations with an Assistant Bar Manager, adapt to seasonal demand, and deliver a vibrant European-style service. Start early September **** with DAMA visa sponsorship available.
