Responsibilities
Oversee the development, maintenance and operations of relevant systems and resources and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
Develop and interpret legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to operations within the school.
Deliver and advise staff, students and the school community on policy updates and publish via appropriate channels.
Facilitate the completion and reporting on risk and compliance tasks through the appropriate avenues.
Advise and facilitate the conduct of risk assessments by responsible staff for school events.
Qualifications
Expertise in developing, maintaining, and improving operational systems and processes.
Strong understanding of legislation,
regulations and guidelines to interpret and apply within a school setting.
Ability to communicate policy updates clearly to diverse groups and stakeholders.
Experience in managing and reporting on risk and compliance tasks effectively.
Skilled in advising and facilitating risk assessments for events.
Tertiary qualification: Associate Diploma/Diploma in a related field.
You are not required to be Catholic.
