About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellence in customer service as part of our 24-hour Monitoring Operations Centre.
Job Type: Full-time hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
Overtime pay
Penalty rates
You will have demonstrated:
Commitment to the provision of premium client service
Willingness to take on new challenges
Excellent communication (oral and written)
The ability to work autonomously
Whilst the role can be diverse, your main responsibilities include:
Responding to signals generated by KSA Systems
Phone or email interaction with our end clients
Dispatching service requests to appropriate personal (via phone & email)

Our Monitoring Centre is operational 24 hours / 7 days a week so we need your flexibility to work a rotating roster to cover this from Monday to Sunday. In return we offer:
