The Role
This is a community OT role with an
adult neuro focus
, working with older adults and complex presentations. You'll support clients across multiple funding bodies and deliver therapy where it matters most, in-home and in-community, with access to clinic rooms when needed.
Your clinical work may include
Adult neuro rehab and functional support in the community
Stroke, ABI, TBI and other complex neurological presentations
Functional assessments, goal planning and evidence-informed intervention
Home and community-based supports to maximise independence and safety
Clear documentation and communication with stakeholders and families
Support, Culture and Development
Strong clinical leadership with senior clinicians and team leads
Buddy program
and structured support tailored to your level
5 paid PD days
(internal or external options)

What's On Offer
Salary guide $80,000 to $120,000 + super
