About this Role
An opportunity exists for two (2) enthusiastic individuals to join our innovative patient services administration team in Murdoch and Craigie on a
permanent full-time
basis, with positions available in both Murdoch and Craigie. Successful applicants may be required to work across both sites from time to time to provide leave coverage.
As first point of contact for our patients, we are seeking a special individual with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and positivity. The role will be a mix of reception, administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling, support for our team of specialists, GPs, nurses and embryologists, and very importantly, support for our patients.
Our commitment to quality and safety is our highest priority. As a Category B healthcare worker,
vaccinations for influenza and COVID-19 are strongly recommended.
The successful applicant will have the following knowledge and experience:
Previous demonstrated work experience in a medical or specialist environment
Knowledge of Genie, Medicare and Private Health Fund billing (desirable)
A vibrant and professional attitude focused on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement in both self and the workplace
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong professional customer service skill set and a desire to help customers, including team members, within Adora Fertility WA.
You will have a high level of enthusiasm and initiative but be able to use your resilience and expertise to help new and existing patients navigate the path to commencing fertility treatment.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
