What's on offer:
Competitive remuneration
Current work arrangement: Casual to Permanent available
Must be able to work 5 days - 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Based in Eastern Creek, with easy access via M4 or M7
Free on-site parking
What you will do:
Answer inbound calls from stakeholders
Receive and process purchase orders
Respond to customers via phone and email
Accurately record customer accounts and sales information
Support the introduction of telesales function
To be successful in this role, you need to:
Be accurate when processing customer orders
Enjoy working at a quick pace, multitasking, and managing time effectively
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Be effective in managing and resolving customer issues
Work independently and proactively
Follow communication guidelines, procedures, and policies
Display excellent attention to detail and accuracy
