This is a key operational leadership role responsible for overseeing our Kitchen and Front of House Hospitality teams, together with the Housekeeping team within our residential aged care facility. The position will also coordinate K-Life's Community Meals on Wheels program, supporting the delivery of safe, reliable and high-quality meals to members of our local community.

You will work directly with residents to understand their needs and preferences, encourage meaningful feedback and ensure their choices are reflected in how services are delivered. You will also help ensure our food, dining and housekeeping services uphold dignity, safety, comfort and a genuine sense of belonging.
The position has a strong administrative and compliance focus. You will coordinate audits, oversee documentation, monitor service outcomes and maintain systems that support the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, including Standard 6: Food and Nutrition.

Respond constructively to feedback, concerns and service issues and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.
Work collaboratively with residents, families, employees, volunteers, care teams and organisational leaders to support integrated service delivery.
Provide practical assistance to service teams when operationally required.
About You
You will be an organised and approachable leader who enjoys bringing people together and improving how services are delivered.
