As our business continues to grow, we are bringing our electrical manufacturing capability in-house and are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician / Control Panel Builder to become a key member of our team.

About the Role
Working from our Bibra Lake workshop, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing and commissioning electrical control panels and process skids used in critical infrastructure applications.
You will work closely with our engineering, automation and fabrication teams to manufacture high-quality equipment that is installed in hospitals, laboratories, universities, mining operations and industrial facilities across Australia.
This is primarily a workshop-based role with occasional site work for commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting.
Your Responsibilities
Design & Build industrial control panels from electrical drawings
Wire PLCs, HMIs, VSDs, power supplies, relays and instrumentation
Install and terminate field wiring
Perform electrical testing and quality assurance
Assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Install and commission equipment on client sites when required
Fault find industrial electrical and control systems
Work closely with our PLC programmer during commissioning
Maintain exceptionally high workmanship standards
Assist in developing standardised panel designs and manufacturing procedures
Essential Requirements
Current WA Electrical Worker's Licence
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Industrial electrical experience
Experience building electrical control panels
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Strong fault-finding skills
Experience with industrial control systems
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Highly Regarded
Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded:
Siemens Equipment
IFM instrumentation
Flow, pressure, conductivity and level instrumentation
Water treatment equipment
Pumping systems
Process skids
Switchboard manufacturing
Stainless steel process equipment
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Commissioning industrial plants
