The chance We're looking for a Divisional Operations Practice Manager to join our Assurance Advisory Division in our Sydney (Barangaroo) office.
This is a key coordination role supporting the Divisional Head, Partners and Directors to turn strategic priorities into clear, organised and commercially focused operational delivery.
In this role, you will: Coordinate resourcing and workload planning across the division, helping ensure priorities are explicit and support is directed based on commercial requirements.
Work closely with Partners and Directors to balance client deadlines, team capacity, engagement priorities and commercial needs.
Provide Partners and Managers with the information and updates needed to manage workflow timeframes including engagement scope, budget, quality and delivery.
Support key division projects, including technology and AI adoption,



workflow improvements, offshore delivery, quality initiatives and capability uplift.
Manage selected divisional administration and oversee day-to-day support delivered by Executive Assistants and Team Administration.
Act as a central point of contact across the division, helping Partners, Directors, Managers, professional staff and support teams stay connected and organised.
About you You're a highly organised, commercially minded operator who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a busy professional services environment.
You'll bring: You have strong experience in operations, resource management or project delivery within a professional services environment; Assurance Advisory experience would be a bonus.
You're confident managing competing priorities, balancing resources and helping senior stakeholders make timely decisions.
You've supported projects that improve how teams work, such as process redesign, technology implementation or change adoption.
You have experience leading or supporting administration teams, including delegation, coaching and day-to-day supervision.
You bring strong communication, problem-solving and commercial judgement, with a practical approach to getting things done.
