Bowen Rail is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent (Track) to lead protected, compliant and efficient track maintenance across the Carmichael Rail Network. You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate with operations, planning, engineering and contractors, and drive asset performance with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
The role reports to the Maintenance Manager (Track & Civil) and requires delivering maintenance programs, TMPs, and possessions while ensuring optimal risk
