About the Firm This established commercial law practice is recognised for delivering practical, client-focused advice across a diverse range of industries.
The Role Advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including contract drafting, negotiation and strategic commercial advice.
Assist with corporate transactions, business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and governance matters.
Work closely with clients on procurement, supply, consultancy and technology agreements while managing commercial risk and transactional outcomes.




About You You will ideally have 3-5 years' post-admission experience in commercial law gained within a private practice environment.
You will bring strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills, together with a practical and solutions-focused approach to legal issues.
You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective client relationships.
