We are seeking experienced Senior Project Officers with robust project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting and governance skills who can confidently manage competing priorities and contribute to high-quality project outcomes.
Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide Contract Duration: Up to 12 months, with extension options Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required Closing Date: Monday, 24 August **** Essential Tasks: Manage and coordinate projects, including project plans, schedules and deliverables.
Monitor project risks, issues, budgets, quality, benefits and reporting requirements.
Prepare business cases, executive briefs, status reports and other project documentation.
Build productive stakeholder relationships and provide specialist project advice.
Key Criteria: Strong project management capability, including planning, risk and stakeholder management.




Demonstrated experience providing portfolio, programme and project support.
Experience developing measures, reporting formats and performance information.
Knowledge of project management methods, tools, quality practices and governance frameworks.
