We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Head Office team in Para Hills West.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding service experiences.
About the Role As a Guest Experience Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through: High-volume inbound and outbound service booking calls Promoting campaigns, incentives, and special offers Service reminders and post-service follow-up calls Accurate data entry and database maintenance What's in it for You?
