Working a Permanent Full Time 38 hour week + Weekend Shifts!
About You We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following: Drivers Licence and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
The ability to work productively independently.
A positive attitude willingness to learn.
Great teamwork skills.
A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
Versatile availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons public holiday work.
Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
Valid Australian work rights.
The Duties will include; (but not limited to): Taking reservations, Processing cancellations, Completing arrivals departures, Opening/closing of office, Training mentoring of new staff, Supervision of Guest Services staff on duty, Assisting Housekeeping team with cabin turnover, Assisting directing visitors within the park, Providing excellent, high-level customer service, Following work health safety procedures.
