Job Description Qualified search group (PSG) are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support major system transformation and improvement initiatives within a large and complex organisation.
This role will sit between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into practical system solutions and supporting the delivery of key student information system enhancements.
*Note, no visa sponsorship can be provided* The Opportunity Salary: $104,243 – $127,078 + 17% superannuation Contract: 12-month fixed term (Look to go permanent) Location: Perth, WA Working arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum 50% in-office attendance per fortnight Key Responsibilities Lead business and functional analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with business stakeholders,



developers and technical teams to deliver effective system solutions.
Develop and coordinate testing strategies, including User Acceptance Testing.
Contribute to agile delivery and continuous system improvement.
About You Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in business requirements analysis, functional systems analysis and process improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with SQL, relational databases and complex enterprise systems .
Experience in large, complex organisations; higher education experience is highly regarded.
