Our client requires a project manager to oversee the deployment of a contractor portal for work management, such as SAP Fieldglass.
The candidate will coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met within a collaborative environment.
The delivery approach has a strong focus on stakeholder and end-user engagement, especially around user experience.
Key stakeholder groups include business users, platform vendors, and internal technology teams.
About the Role Develop and manage project plans and schedules aligned with platform evaluation and implementation.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement, balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and vendor relationships.
Track progress and prepare governance reports for decision-making.
Support change management processes, including stakeholder communication and end-user training.
Assist in ensuring solutions meet user experience and operational expectations.
About You Experience managing change projects within workforce management or field services environments - e.g. SAP Fieldglass or Xugo or similar Proven stakeholder management skills, with clear and calm communication.
Customer-centric mindset, with UX/UI awareness and attention to detail.
Collaborative attitude, low ego, proactive and energetic.
Familiar with project delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid preferred).
Knowledge of platforms like SAP Fieldglass, workforce management systems, or similar is advantageous.
CT/PRINCE2, Agile certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
