The Role Manage a diverse caseload of wills and estates disputes, including family provision claims, contested probate matters, testamentary capacity challenges, undue influence claims, and estate administration disputes.
Provide strategic advice and representation to clients throughout negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Contribute to the growth of the practice through strong client relationships,



mentoring opportunities, and business development activities.
About You You will ideally have substantial post-admission experience in wills and estates litigation and be confident managing complex matters independently.
You will possess strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to provide practical and tailored legal advice.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers.
