You'll lead the day-to-day operations of a growing regional branch, creating an outstanding customer experience while developing a high-performing team and driving commercial performance.
You'll oversee operations across service, parts and customer support, ensuring the business operates safely, efficiently and profitably.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be just as comfortable mentoring your team,



building relationships with key customers and supporting the workshop when required as you are reviewing financial performance or planning future growth.
Success will come through strong leadership, exceptional customer relationships and building a branch that becomes the first choice for commercial transport operators across the region.
About You We're deliberately keeping an open mind.
You may already be an experienced Branch Manager, or you could be leading a regional operation within another industry and looking for something bigger.
We're interested in people who have demonstrated success leading teams, driving operational performance and building lasting customer relationships.
