About the Role: Based in Melbourne CBD, this role will oversee construction, design, and development activities across a portfolio of sites.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects that align with business objectives and customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities: · Lead the delivery of new developments, refurbishments, and capital works projects · Oversee project outcomes including quality, cost, timelines, risk, and compliance · Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with business priorities · Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders · Drive commercial outcomes through effective tendering, negotiation, and vendor management · Support safety,
