About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for members at the beginning of the claims process. Every interaction matters, and you'll play an important role in ensuring members feel supported, heard and cared for during what can often be a challenging time.
Working closely with our Member Services and Claims teams, you'll gather information, prepare documentation and ensure each matter is prepared and ready to be handed over to our Claims Specialists. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and coordination with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with members over the phone and via email, providing professional and empathetic support.
Preparing and processing claims documentation.
Accurately recording information within our document management systems.
Coordinating administrative tasks to support our Claims team.
Delivering an exceptional member experience with every interaction.
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others.
You don't need previous insurance or claims experience, we'll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to work collaboratively, use initiative, think on your feet and solve problems while delivering every interaction with empathy, professionalism and genuine care for our members.
Enjoys helping people and building rapport.
Communicates with empathy, professionalism and confidence.
Can remain calm when handling sensitive or emotional conversations.
Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being comfortable working independently.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems.

Medical reception or medical administration
Allied health or specialist practice administration
Hospital or healthcare administration
Patient services
Customer service or contact centres
Claims or insurance administration
Legal or professional services administration
