Job Description We are seeking energetic leaders to join the team at KG Sports Bar as Bar Supervisor.
This is a role focused on delivering big game day experiences – every day.
Ensuring the team deliver a high standard of service across the venue.
Your background in a similar role will allow you to excel enjoy every shift to create a venue that thrives.
What is the role all about - Build, lead and develop the team Supervise the operations of KG Sports Bar ensure that the service is in line with outlined standards Closely monitor maintain productivity across the venue Coordinate the team and daily operations to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
Work collaboratively to ensure seasonal focused activations are executed to ensure revenue expectations are achieved.
Build a working environment that is fun, purpose driven, professional productive.
HIGA Award rates are applicable.
Qualifications Demonstrated success in a similar role Strong people leadership capabilities Advanced knowledge of beer, wine spirits, A drive to succeed Strong time management organisational skills Understanding of a busy bar operation A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
