We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Scheduling & Workforce Coordinator
to join our growing Operations team.
This role is at the heart of our service delivery. You'll be responsible for coordinating clinician schedules across our aged care division, ensuring contracted services are covered, managing leave and backfill requirements, and helping deliver an exceptional experience for both our clients and clinicians.
You'll work closely with our General Manager Operations, clinical teams and workforce partners to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate clinician scheduling and rostering across our aged care services
Manage workforce coverage to ensure contracted service hours are delivered
Coordinate planned and unplanned leave, including arranging backfill and replacement clinicians
Monitor workforce utilisation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Respond to scheduling requests and changes in a timely and professional manner
Build positive relationships with clinicians, clients and internal stakeholders
Prepare workforce, scheduling and utilisation reports
Identify workforce risks, service gaps and scheduling issues before they impact service delivery
Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with people and finding solutions when challenges arise.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination
Solid organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using workforce management systems (Deputy experience highly regarded)
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
Experience within healthcare, aged care, disability or community services will be highly regarded
