Western Battery Company specializing in automotive batteries, Valvoline lubricants and commercial cleaning products is seeking a highly motivated person for deliveries of our products in Orange, and to provide excellence in customer service to our existing trade and retail customer base.
The primary responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, will include:
Review orders prior to delivery
Perform vehicle inspection before departing.
Load delivery items safely and efficiently
Transport, unload and deliver items in a protected and secure manner to prevent damage or loss.
Adhere to time and route schedules.
Obtain delivery confirmation from customers (proof of delivery.)
Handle customer questions and concerns.
Check orders after delivery to ensure all orders have been accurately completed.




Comply with relevant transportation and road regulations.
Comply with relevant safety standards.
Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe operating condition, report any maintenance required or damage to the manager.
Providing outstanding customer service
Retail shop sales, answer sales phone calls, customer service and battery fitting etc.
The position is full time with rostered Saturday overtime. Immediate start. On the job training provided. MR Licence required and Forklift licence preferred.
