About the Role:
Bio Gro is looking for motivated and experienced Plant Operators to join the team at our site in
Newbridge, Victoria
, to operate within our Manufacturing team.
There are multiple
afternoon
positions available, with working hours being 2pm-10pm.
Bio Gro operate a fleet of Machinery & Equipment, and as a part of the role you will be required to complete pre-start checks, keep your equipment neat and tidy along with reporting on any faults to our onsite Maintenance team.




Successful applicants will be responsible for operating Bio Gro equipment in a safe & responsible way, while executing manufacturing functions that include; Feeding screening plant hoppers, grinders etc, tailing away from equipment, building rows/stockpiles, loading trucks with outgoing finished goods, and assisting to direct truck drivers to locations onsite in a polite and respectful manner, to avoid congestion.
About You:
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Commitment to Bio Gro's safety, environmental, quality assurance policies and company values
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximising effective manufacture is an advantage
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow process and procedures
Attention to detail & organisation skills
