The Role You will manage your own portfolio while providing a 6-star level of service to your clients and working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include: Manage approximately 50 buildings / approx ******** lots across Sydney's CBD Fringe/Eastern Suburbs Liaise confidently with Strata Committee members, owners and stakeholders Prepare and conduct AGMs and Extraordinary General Meetings (ECMs) Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and By-Laws Review financial documentation and prepare annual budgets Build and maintain strong client relationships Work collaboratively with an experienced and energetic team About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about Strata and wants to build a long-term career within the industry.
