The Role
Permanent Part-Time | 25 hours/week | Make your mark!
We're looking for a friendly, organised, 'can do' legend to join our Canberra office as a Workplace Administrator. This front‐of‐house role is perfect if you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go‐to person who gets stuff DONE.
Your Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact – greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are well maintained
Coordinate with IT and facilities to keep the office running smoothly
Assist with onboarding new team members and supporting internal events
Manage office supplies, catering, and general administration tasks
Support compliance and contribute to a positive team culture
About You
Friendly, professional, and confident communicator




Happy to be in our Canberra office 5 days per week
Confident in working autonomously and with remote support from Manager / Team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
Able to take initiative, solve problems, and work well in a team

Salary
$70,000 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
