Manage rent reviews and increases
The Person
Previous experience managing a portfolio
Be well presented and a strong communicator
Hold a valid real estate certificate or license
Have access to a Car and a driver's license
Superb customer service abilities with a passion for new business
Have a proactive- can do attitude
