An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Crane Supervisor / Sales Manager to join a well-established mobile crane company servicing major infrastructure, construction, industrial, and civil projects throughout Sydney.
This is a unique role combining operational leadership, project management, and business development , making it ideal for an industry professional with strong technical crane knowledge and an established network within the Sydney market.
Based from our Sydney office, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring crane operations are completed safely and efficiently.
What's on Offer Salary package of $150,000 - $170,000 + Super Fully maintained company vehicle Performance incentives / bonus structure Permanent full-time position Chance to work on major infrastructure and lifting projects Career progression within a growing business Supportive leadership team and modern fleet Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Develop new business opportunities across construction, civil, infrastructure, industrial, and mining sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, project managers, and contractors Prepare quotations, tenders, lift proposals, and project costings Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into projects Maintain and grow existing customer accounts Operations Supervision Coordinate and supervise mobile crane operations Work closely with Crane Operators, Dogmen, Riggers, and project teams Develop lift plans and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently Manage labour allocation, equipment scheduling,



and project timelines Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety standards About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 5 years' experience within the mobile crane industry Previous experience in supervision, operations, sales, or project management Strong industry network and established contacts across Sydney Extensive knowledge of mobile cranes and lifting operations Experience with estimating, quotations, and project costings Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills Sound understanding of WHS/OHS requirements Strong communication and leadership abilities High Risk Work Licence, Dogging, or Rigging tickets highly regarded Why Join Us?
