About the Role: In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational performance of all client sites across Australia.
This role focuses on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), vendor coordination, financial oversight, and ensuring smooth site operations.
The position is part-time and requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with relevant industry experience.
The Opportunity: Oversee daily operations across all sites in Australia, ensuring consistent IFM service delivery, quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Review and process invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with financial policies while tracking and managing operational expenses.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; monitor spend and identify cost optimisation opportunities; provide regular financial insights.
Serve as the primary regional contact, collaborating with internal teams and providing updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.




This is a part time role 2/3 days a week with flexible working hours with periodic coordination across time zones if/when needed.
Our ideal person is someone who: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with 4–5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, IFM, or similar roles Demonstrated experience in vendor management, financial oversight, and invoice processing Strong understanding of budget management, forecasting, and cost control Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities High attention to detail, financial acumen, and ability to work independently in a part-time role What's in it for you?
