Your Chance As the Interim OES Team Manager, you will lead the Original Employer Services team to deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services and strong return to work outcomes.
This is a fixed-term position to 2 July **** , with the possibility of extension.
You will oversee Team Leaders and consultants, drive performance, quality and service delivery standards, and support operational effectiveness across referrals, reporting, compliance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
