Public Sector People are currently proud to be partnering with a State Government department to recruit an experienced Instructional Designer to support the design, development and delivery of engaging learning solutions for employees across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a learning qualified who combines strong instructional design capability with hands-on eLearning development experience and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences.
The Role Working alongside subject matter experts, you will design and develop a range of learning resources that support capability uplift across the organisation.
You'll contribute to the creation of instructor-led training, blended learning solutions and self-paced online learning modules that are engaging, accessible and aligned to best practice adult learning principles.
Key responsibilities include: Designing and developing learning resources across multiple delivery formats Creating engaging eLearning content, assessments,



videos and learning materials Applying contemporary instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex information into effective learning solutions Ensuring all learning products meet accessibility, quality and compliance standards Supporting pilot programs, gathering feedback and continuously improving learning content Providing advice and support to regional teams during implementation and rollout activities About You: Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design and eLearning development Strong experience using Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) Excellent stakeholder engagement and SME consultation skills Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills Experience developing learning solutions aligned to adult learning principles Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes Why Apply?
